  Don't know what Anthony's problem is, but I've been going to Rob for over 30 years. He's extremely fair and knowledgeable, decades of experience, doesn't fix what's not broken and doesn't sell unneeded parts. He has installed block engines, done all of my multi-car maintenance and if you take the time to know him, is a really interesting guy. I would highly recommend Rob for whatever the job is. I've valued and appreciated his advice for many years. Sounds like Rob didn't even do any work for this guy, so Anthony really needs to evaluate a business based on performance not respond negatively because his little feelings were hurt.
  
  p.s. He's also always been exceptionally courteous.
