  e had a horrible experience with this company. They had damaged our hardwood flooring during the tile install. Their fix was to replace the damage plank with a new unfinished piece. They said they are not responsible for it not matching the existing flooring. They also scratched multiple areas due to the installer cutting the tile on the unprotected hardwood flooring.( which I have many pictures of this that I can share). Only after a BBB complaint, they offered me 300 dollars. I have several quotes that suggest 1200-1500 dollars in repair and refinishing. On top of the damage done, we now have grout breaking apart and falling out. Please save yourself money and aggregation, and hire a professional tile company.
