  Merlin in Cary has been fantastic. They're quick to get you in, they're polite and explain the repairs thoroughly but most of all they're honest. I try to call and get estimates on all car repairs and Merlin has, by far, been the best to work with. They're straightforward, don't lump in upsells and incredibly helpful so you understand what you're doing. Every experience I've had there has been a positive one.
