  Love Kojak's over the years "20+" and will still go in for the Gyros. That said, they need to work on service and quality (its slipping last 3x). Go back to your roots. Something is missing in this next generation of managers, they do not seem to care. Maybe nepotism issues. Shake it up.. Brand loyalty only goes so far.
