  I have been attending Edge since September 2016. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and part of the family. For the first month, I began training individually with a trainer and it was so helpful for me to get a good understanding of the workouts and my form. The crew at Edge has helped me work with my chronic pain issues so that I don't need to miss a workout. I've attend sessions regularly and I've seen amazing changes that I didn't expect; most significantly, I'm approaching my 70lb weight loss mark since joining! I'm stronger, healthier, and more content in my skin than I have been in a LONG time. LOVE EDGE!!! If you're still on the fence, come in a hang out with us. We're a pretty awesome family that you didn't know you needed!

  I definitely recommend training at Edge! I wasn't sure what to expect going in but after just one session I was hooked! The fit camp sessions are awesome...small group personal training makes an intense workout go by quickly! Everyone, from the owner, trainers, and other members are very welcoming and a tight knit family! cannot say enough great things...Love it!
