I went in to cash all this change that accumulates around my house and they told me that they no longer have a change counting machine, not there or any of their other branches. Now I don't fault the clerk for the companies cheapness, but I do fault the clerk for not being honest and telling me that no financial institution has the machines anymore. Of course I immediately left and called around and found out that was a lie. He did hand me a bunch of coin rolls, which honestly, made me more angry. The banking associates were there too, waiting to try to get me into some service I don't want or need, while the service I use and like disappeared so chase could save a few bucks.
