  We love Cary Grove Dental. I have 2 sons in college and they go out of their way to accommodate us. (which isn't easy when of one my sons continually misses his time!). They are always friendly and never push extra or unnecessary dental work. As a matter of fact, Dr. Pokorny noticed a chipped tooth during a routine check up and took care of it without my requesting it. I'm so glad we found someone local that can take care of all our needs.

  I went to this office because of one of the Hygienist who is exceptional.
  I really didn't care for the Dr. She seemed a bit nicesty. Kinda nice and nasty at the same time. I went there for a couple of cleanings and at my final cleaning something strange happened. The Dr. pulled my hygienist out of the room to speak to her privately in the middle of my appointment. Hmm, ok strange. Then when it was time for the Dr. to take a look at me, she tells me I have a cavity behind one of my front teeth and tries to set up an appointment to have it filled? Even the hygienist seemed taken a back. I guess its possible to have a cavity there, but it juuuuuust didn't sit well with me, so I went to another Dental office for a second opinion. As a matter of fact, Ive been to two other Dentists and neither one found a cavity there. There is a brown spot, but its not a cavity. Moral of this story, if any so called professional makes you feel uncomfortable, don't be afraid to question them. I hate that I lost the best Hygienist in the entire WORLD, I mean this lady is so kind and gentle and she leaves NO plaque behind. She is amazing. Can't say the same for the Dr.
